If you’re serious about the benefits of hydromassage and are limited on space or a small family, the Vortex™ Neon™ spa pool offers a powerful combination of up to 50 jets across the twin shiatsu seats and a luxury lounger. Built to cater comfortably for up to three adults, the Neon™ has the highest jet-to-seat ratio of any Vortex Spa™.

Compact but boasting the features we love in the larger spas such as Hydrowflow™ jets and the Purezone™ automatic filtration, two different types of water features and an array of lighting options, the Neon™ is a great small space option.

Ergonomic lounger with foot massage wall

The hydrotherapy lounger in the Neon offers the ultimate spa experience. The lounger combines upper and lower back massage with a fantastic foot massage to help you find new levels of relaxation and restoration.

Twin massage seats

The side-by-side massage seats use a bank of 50mm directional and spinning jets to provide a shiatsu-style pressure point massage to the back and between the shoulder blades.

Individual seat pressure controls

The individual seat pressure controls with EzyGrip™ handles allow you to effortlessly direct the water flow and pressure between the seats for the ultimate personalised hydromassage experience. Share the power or send it all to one zone, the choice is yours.

Hydroflow™ chamfered matte finish jets

Hydroflow™ Stainless Steel jets use the famous Vortex™ jet design which provides a premium massage.

Hydroglow™ backlit jets and topside controls

Chromotherapy is the science of using colours to create an environment focused on health and harmony. Hydroglow™ backlit jets and topside control lighting provide an adjustable and variable Chromotherapy experience.

Purezone™ AOS water care system

Enjoy crystal-clear water with less sanitiser using the Purezone™ AOS system. This advanced automatic sanitiser blends UV and ozone technology for safe, effortless spa maintenance. Available on Vortex™ Spas and Swim Spas from 2024.

SpaNet™ EcoCube™ Hybrid Pump (Optional)

Revitalize your spa with the remarkable efficiency of EcoCube™, a compact yet potent device engineered to intelligently reduce energy costs.

High-pressure volcano jet

The high-pressure volcano jet is situated in the center of the spa to create a world class hydrotherapy experience. The jet is positioned in the footwell for the ultimate foot massage but it is also ideal for hamstrings, calves, quads and even chest.

Tranquil water feature

There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of running water. Add a touch of light and you have created the perfect sanctuary to be rested and mindful.

Hydroglow™ backlit laminar jets

Laminar jets create perfect streams of backlit water giving a gentle visual display. The jets operate independently of the hydrotherapy jets, so they can be turn your spa into an impressive light display in your backyard.

Hydroglow™ perimeter and cabinet lighting

The additional lighting to the water edge and functional outside lighting are included with the perimeter and cabinet lighting package. All lighting is customisable to suit your mood.

Premium SpaNet™ controller

The SpaNet SV Series controller is designed to maximise energy savings and deliver the lowest possible daily operating cost for your spa using PowerSmart™ technology like Dynamic Thermal Tuning and SmartFiltration™.

SV SmartLINK™ WiFi module (Optional)

Control and monitor your spa remotely from anywhere in the world! With the optional SpaNet™ SmartLINK™ WiFi/bluetooth control unit, just download the SpaNet™ SpaLINK™ phone app (Android or Apple) and you can control all your spa functions simply and remotely.

ThermoLock™ high-density locking cover

Most of the heat loss in a spa occurs through the spa's cover. As such, it is important that the spa's cover is manufactured from a high-density foam that has better heat retention properties. The Vortex™ uses a high-density foam insert which is also heat shrink sealed to prevent water ingress, prolonging the cover's life.

Thermolock™ dual layer insulation

The Vortex™ dual layer insulation system ensures that not only the water in the spa is insualted, but also the water in the pipework. This option adds a higher level of heat retention than Vortex Spas standard Thermolock™ Permieter insulation.

Thermolock™ toughened ABS base

The insulated base works in tandem with the Thermolock™ Perimeter insulation to ensure the cold is kept out and heating costs are reduced.

Hydroglow™ illuminated drink holders

It’s important to stay hydrated while in your spa. Our backlite coasters illuminate your drink and help reduce accidental spills.

Permaframe™ timber-free construction

Vortex Permaframe™ is a timber-free system, produced using high-impact, injection molded plastic. It is impervious to rot, mildew or vermin damage and designed to last indefinitely.

130mm Hi Volcano Directional Jet

These jets are either fitted into the footwell for the ultimate foot massage or positioned facing upwards in the middle of the spa to treat hamstrings, gluts, lower back and even the front of the abdomen.

127mm Single Spinning Jets

This large single spinner gives a rotating massage effect similar to a masseuse using their thumb in a kneading fashion. They provide a very effective back massage.

127mm Twin Spinning Jet

Like the 127mm single spinner, the twin spinning variation gives a kneading effect but by spinning at twice the speed of the single spinner, it gives more of a pulsating action.

127mm Single Spinning Jets

This large single spinner gives a rotating massage effect similar to a masseuse using their thumb in a kneading fashion. They provide a very effective back massage.

127mm Directional Jet

The 127mm directional jets provide an intense, pressure point massage. These are particularly effective at treating knotted muscles in the back.

40mm Air Jet

As the name implies, the 40mm air jets emit an air stream as opposed to a water stream. These are almost always used under the legs and buttocks to provide a relaxing soft tissue massage treatment.

Lifetime Warranty

Vortex Permaframe™ is guaranteed for life against a loss of structural integrity leading to the spa being inoperable.

10 Year Non Pro rata Structural Warranty

All Vortex Spas™ are offered with a 10 year 'non pro-rata' shell structure warranty. This means that if the spa's shell cracks resulting in water loss, for a period of 10 years, the spas shell shall be replaced.

5 Year Non Pro rata Acrylic surface warranty

All Vortex Spas™ are offered with a 5 year 'non pro-rata' acrylic surface warranty. This means that if the acrylic surface blisters resulting in water loss for a period of 5 years, the spa's shell shall be replaced.

5 Year Plumbing, Heater & Jet Warranty

The plumbing system of all Vortex Spas™ is warranted against leaking for 5 years. The heater and jets of all Vortex Spas™ are warranted against defects for a period of 5 years.

2 Year Pump & Equipment Warranty

The circulation pump, jet pump(s) and electronic control system of all Vortex Spas™ are warranted against defects for 2 years. *Please consult your local store for complete warranty details.
